Julia graduated from the University of Leicester, with an Honours degree in Law with French. She also obtained a Diploma in French Legal Studies from the University Robert Schumann in Strasbourg, France.

Julia joined Varley Hibbs in 1996 and is a solicitor and a Member of the firm.

Julia specialises in employment law, advising both employers and employees in this complex area. She provides effective HR advice and is also experienced in bringing and defending Employment Tribunal claims.

Julia also acts for various licensed premises in connection with licensing law, including Personal Licences, Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates.
