Having qualified as a solicitor in 1993, Malcolm joined Varley Hibbs in 1997 and is a Member of the firm. He specialises in Civil and Commercial Litigation and has litigated virtually every type of case. Malcolm has extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Malcolm has a number of years experience in cases concerned with the divesting of land between co-owners, probate and trust disputes, professional negligence, breach of contract and personal injury.
